Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with Impressions By Maureen! Because my work is handmade and one-of-a-kind, please read my policy carefully before purchasing.
All Sales Are Final Due to the unique and handmade nature of original artwork, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos and I will make it right.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging. I will work with you to provide a replacement, exchange, or store credit on a case-by-case basis.
Return Shipping If a return is approved, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case I will provide a prepaid return label.
Shipping Insurance Customers are strongly encouraged to purchase shipping insurance and use a trackable shipping method when returning items. Impressions By Maureen is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Custom & Commissioned Work All custom and commissioned pieces are non-refundable once work has begun.
