Thank you for supporting Impressions By Maureen! I take great care in packaging and shipping each order.

Processing Time Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. During periods when I am traveling or out of town, processing may take up to 7-10 business days. I will do my best to notify customers of any delays via a notice on my shop.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery All orders are shipped via USPS. Domestic orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days after shipment.

Packaging Every piece is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.

Damaged or Lost Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos and I will make it right.
