The Cloister, Sea Island

This is one of my favorite landscapes from my Saint Simons Island collection of paintings. To capture this beautiful view, I set up my easel under the live oaks on the bank of the Blackbank River and painted this view of the Cloister as I watched the tide swiftly come and go.
